Excellent as always. This gem of a restaurant set by the side of the hotel pool is lovely in all seasons. The welcome and service is very good as is the food. Definitely worth a visit if in the area.

Villa Duflot Restaurant

What an embarrassment. We arrived at the restaurant, advised the receptionist, and were then left standing in the entrance, no waiting staff came near us. After some time, the receptionist took pity on us and escorted us to a table in what appeared to be an annex to the restaurant more commonly used as a breakfast room, indeed we were seated adjacent to a collection of cereals.Eventually, the only waiter appeared and placed a scruffy sheet of paper on the table and disappeared, the sheet of paper turned out to be the menu but was so badly scrawled that it would have embarrassed an 8 year old child, worse still it contained a minimal choice of 2 starters followed by a fish dish and a meat dish, none of which was in the least appetising. Bearing in mind that it was the comprehensive menu displayed on their web site that attracted us to the restaurant in the first place we were all quite stunned, particularly since no explanation was offered.We stayed at the table for some time debating what we should do, during that time, the lone waiter never came anywhere near us, so we got up and left.To be clear, my low mark on food is simply because of the lack of any choice offered and the appalling way that the menu was presented.I know these are tough times and they may well have had a short-term staff crisis but there is no excuse for the way the restaurant was conducted, a simple phone call notifying us of a problem, an apology or an explanation would have gone some way to redeeming them but all we met was indifference.

Went to this restaurant on a Tuesday evening with my wife. Very few diners. We sat outside in quite a noisy square. Food was of poor quality and was edible but very disappointing. We did get a very good bottle of wine at 30 Euros. The final nail in its coffin was the removal of all the outdoor furniture at about 9.00 o&#39;clock leaving us in splendid isolation. Really rude and not good customer service. Interestingly a similar restaurant in the same square was very busy as Grilladou closed, perhaps they should find out the secret.

Nice centrally situated restaurant ( mainly Italian food) with a large outdoor eating area.Food was well cooked and nicely presented - accompaniments such as fries, mashed potatoes and some veg are charged as extras.Good variety of food on the menus and deserts were very nice. Wine was 9euros for a 50cl pichet (2 glasses x 2).Service was OK but I had to remind waitress about Fork booking &amp; 30% food discount.

J&#39;ai r&eacute;serv&eacute; une table pour un  d&eacute;jeuner en stipulant que c&#39;&eacute;tait pour l&#39;anniversaire de mon conjoint. Lorsque nous avons pris place il y avait de la poussi&egrave;re sur la nappe et les serviettes.   Nous n&#39;avons pas &eacute;t&eacute; resservi en vin. Ayant pr&eacute;cis&eacute; qu&#39;il s&#39;agissait d&#39;un anniversaire je m&#39;attendais a une attention sur le dessert. Je pr&eacute;cise que nous avons command&eacute; un menu &agrave; 75euros. Pour terminer j&#39;ai trouv&eacute; que pour 9euros le caf&eacute; un petit chocolat ou biscuit se m&eacute;ritait.  Tr&egrave;s bonnes saveurs.  Merci au chef. .  Habitu&eacute;s &agrave; cette gamme de restaurant nous avons trouv&eacute; tr&egrave;s  lamentable pour un menu &agrave; 75euros de nous servir en vin. Dommage &eacute;galement de ne pas avoir eu une attention sur le dessert pour f&ecirc;ter son anniversaire. Saveurs parfaites

I booked a table for lunch stipulating that it was for my husband&#39;s anniversary. When we took place there was dust on the chair and towels. We were not reserved for wine. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. Very good tastes. Thanks to the boss. . . Obsessed with this range of restaurants we found very sad for a 75euro menu to serve us as wine. Perfect flavors
